NancyDell’Olio has reportedly been offered £250,000 to join the Celebrity Big Brother house to reverse sinking viewing figures.

With little scandal so far resulting in record low viewing figures, Big Brother producers are hoping that they can draft in Ulrika Jonsson’s former love rival to spice up the show.

The Mail reports that the producers had initially made a bid of £125,000 to the outspoken Italian back in December. Dell’Olio declined the offer saying that she did not want to become part of a television row.

However, Channel 4 have come back this week offering Dell’Olio a whopping £250,000 to join the show.

Nancy Dell’Olio and Ulrika Jonsson have had a high-publicity hatred towards each other since Ulrika had an affair with Nancy’s boyfriend, ex-England manager Sven Goran Eriksson.

After the affair was exposed, Miss Dell’Olio slammed the former weather girl: “She has the morals of an alley cat. Sven’s affair with her was brief and meaningless.”

Ulrika hit back, saying that the affair had made Nancy famous: “I think I did her the world of good. She is now incredibly well known and clearly this is something she enjoys.”

Nancy Dell’Olio’s representatives are reportedly considering the offer, however has been told that the move could be “career suicide” for her.

Ulrika Jonsson, who is being paid £175,000 for her stint in the house, is up for eviction this week. The public will vote to either kick her or glamour model Lucy Pinder out on Friday.
