Big Brother 5 winner Nadia Almada has lost a stone through a new diet and exercise programme.



Nadia enlisted the help of TV food guru and nutritional expert Dr Gillian McKeith, author of best-selling book You are What You Eat.

Transsexual Nadia, 27 told Heat magazine that her 'self-esteem' was low because she felt 'so big.' Nadia said: "Eating bread and pasta in the house didn't help."

Nadia added: "I've joined gyms, but found them boring and also quite intimidating. I was never really sure what I was meant to be doing. Apart from the running you can do this exercise programme in the privacy of your own home. But you really have to want to do it in the first place."

She says she feels much better and even gave up the free alcohol which flowed at the many parties she attends.

"I feel fantastic. People comment on how shiny my hair is and how how my skin looks better. I feel positive and energetic. My stomach is flat. I can see curves in my waist, whereas before it was like a beer barrel. I can feel my face is getting thinner and my inner thighs don't rub together!"

No. A transexual is a homosexual who cannot accept the fact that they are gay and have to change their appearence to try and justify it to themselves and other around them. He likes men.

Nadia looks like a man in all the pictures i have seen of her. A man who wears novely stick on fake breast, has giirly hair and a 5 o'clock shadow.
