Both really. I think he can say some nasty things at times, but he can also say some really nice and caring things too. The bad does tend to outshine the good at times though

Absolutely hate him. He is a bully and he is sexist. He said he had a game plan to annoy people, but he is just plain nasty. Jade got accused of bullying and was slated for months. What he is doing is as bad. What he did to Mutya was disgusting. Anywhere else and he would have been before a board for sexual harrassment. Get him out and don't pay him.
