I had this sort of thing when I was 17 and like Ninastar said, it may be belspalsey but its unlikely.

What about dental pain? Wisdom teeth can cause terrible pain and not just in your teeth. It can effect the jaw, head and throat too

My teeth haven't been hurting.

It's not like fully numb that I have no control... you know if you just tickle your fingers over your skin normally... it tickles a bit, but when I do it over my skin now it's really sensitive and tickles like 10x more. It also hurts if I press really hard on it.

Sounds a silly question but is your face drooping?

What are the symptoms?
The main symptom of Bell's palsy is a sudden weakness or paralysis in one side of your face that causes it to droop. This may make it hard for you to close your eye on that side of your face.

Other symptoms include:

Drooling.
Eye problems, such as excessive tearing or a dry eye.
Loss of ability to taste.
Pain in or behind your ear.
Numbness in the affected side of your face.
Increased sensitivity to sound.

Ah, I dunno what it is.

I'm just gonna stop touching my face haha. I'm going out for a meal with some friends in a bit now, I'm thinking... Alcohol won't effect it will it?
