I have the same problem but I registered to the Anger Management thing and I try my best not to get angry all the time.
I know it's hard to control yourself. What I do, is to close your eys and breathe quietly, it generally helps a lot. But if it doesn't work out...then let it out and you will feel better. |

I know how you feel Ninastar, I supposedly have a Personality Disorder. It can leave me very messed up and angry at times because of the quick mood changes.

I used to have really bad aggression problems and I took up boxing ... still get wound up really easily but I'm not half as bad as I was

I have anger problems, but everyone tells me I am really passionate about what I think.
Anyway, if you want to punch someone just remember that theres no real point to it, but it helps. |
