Seeing ribs when your arms are above your head is a common thing!

Doesn't mean your underweight whatsoever.


I lift my arm above my head i can still see my ribs and im certainly not under weight and i am healthy.

Yeahh your right, when you put your arms up, you can see your ribs much more than when you standing normally. Happens to everyone.

And an ex of mine from quite a while ago now she was really skinny could see her ribs but naturally skinny she was also healthy.

i was meaning arms lifted and nope its not healthy but you can see ribs and be a healthy weight. My sister is about over 8 stone stone at 19 years old and you can see her ribs a little but her weight for her height is healthy.
