I have just been listening to Sunita, Adele and Lee talking about what the housemates look like. One of them ( can't remember which one ) said i'm glad none of them are ( excuse the spelling ) MINGY!!! to which (I think it was Sunita) said were any of last years Mingy? To which Sunita said " I think we are more pleasing on the eye".



JUST WHO ARE THEY KIDDING?

My God talk about big ideas. Who in the house could compare with Mr Clarke or even Dean for that matter.
How big headed can they get. I am so mad. I know ROB will have something to say about those comments.

These are a pretty unimpressive bunch.
I suppose those who feel they are the 'pleasers' are:

Alex:
Has a face which says ............nothing! Except maybe............'neigh'

One of today's papers said he was a 'Brad Pitt lookalike'

He is not showing his true character at all.

He is not all he appears to be, and to me he doesn't appear to be much!

Kate:
Bland, not fantastic looking, but obviously in good shape. Anyway, Paul doesn't rate her, and that's good enough for me!

Adele:
I think is quite an attractive girl and may be OK

Sunita:
Not sure about her. I think she just feels isolated and possibly superior. Not especially pretty. My d-i-l could knock her socks off in the looks and charm department!

Looks seedy, don't trust him, although gains some brownie points for being a fireman

Alison:
Attractive personality, makes the effort. Recognise the clowning as the classic 'make them like me' fat lass approach. Nothing wrong with that, a philosophy on which I have based my life!

Jade:
I still have an uncomfortable feeling that she is trying to be Helen, although I don't dislike her, just the noise. Her true character will come through if she survives this week.

I have some sympathy for her because of her background and her spirit.

Lee: Can't comment on the character, but it has been bugging me for days about who he reminds me of, and I think I've finally pinned it down.............


More pleasing than BB2? I think not!

Girls wise, Narinda and Amma were attractive, and Helen was unconventionally striking with beautiful eyes and a dazzling spontaneous smile.

Dean was a very pleasant looking guy, and Josh had an attractive smile, Brian was undeniably pretty.

Mr Paul Clarke was and ever shall be sex on a stick, gorgeousness personified, BHLCS!

Other than Paul I didnt think last years guys were that great looking!

This year none of them particularly stand out, but most of them arent bad!

As for the girls I think its pretty equal between last year and this year looks wise!

I must admit that watching Friday's show when they all went into the house, I thought "Thank goodness they've put some good-looking boys into the house at last!!"



Though on balance, I think this year's lot are better looking on outer appearance alone, our crew from BB2 were much more attractive with looks & personality put together.

Spencer, he's ok in a moody/james dean sort of way.

Adele; too bitchy

Kate; too calculating

Alex;
too skinny
too Pierce Brosnan

Jade; too piggy

Alison; too ... not sure yet

PJ; trying too hard

Lee; too Leicester (or Leices-tah as we say oop 'ere)

Lynne; too Elizabeth

Sandy; tooooo domesticated

Johnny; too thuggish in a genial geordie kind of way

Sunita; too much of a barrister

On the whole this years lot, with the obvious exceptions of Sandy and Lynne, are much younger.

I agree there are indeed some 'mingers' this year... PJ and Jonny spring to mind... but on the whole they are quite attractive.

Spencer inparticular is dark and moody and has come-to-bed eyes. Alex has, well, model looks and he DOES strike a resemblence to Brad Pitt, regardless of how vacuous he is.

Kate seems to be every hot-redded male's dream, Adele is just gorgeous, Sunita is good looking in a strong-willed girl-power sort of way, Jade is pretty enough...

To be honest, I find the housemate's discussion quite shallow, which is extended somewhat to this thread (although there's not necessarily anything wrong with that!). Beauty really *DOES* come from inside. Josh and Alex, for example, have looks that many men would dream of having. However, I fail to see anything attractive about them. They are both shallow and lack that vital je ne sais que.
