Have you tried rebooting your router/modem? If that doesn't work then maybe something like anti-virus software could be slowing it down. If you phone your ISP then maybe they'll be able to tell you if there's a connection problem in your area.

Um well I have turned off/reset the 'Home Hub' things a few times, an the net is also slow on my iTouch so I asume it something to do with the connection.

And our connection only comes to our house, and there are alot of branches knocking against the cables since the wind, so could it be to do with that?

I can't imagine that would affect your connection.

Ah, that could be the issue. Doesn't the countryside generally have a slower connection?

I have just found out that our landline connection kept going all crackly, and BT fixed that yesterday. (It was a wire/connection thing)

So I guess as the phone went bad the same time as this its the same external problem?

I'll make someone phone BT on Monday, they dont get the Internet and wont care so I will tell them it will effect the phone line and worsen

It's since you changed your username. BT are punishing you for getting rid of "Magic".
