Desperate ITV wants to merge with Ch4 and Ch5

This is dramatic
but ITV is in big Debt.

The Grumpy Boss of Ch4 now has many options
join with BBCAmerica (BBC worldwide)
Join with just Ch5
or now join with ITV and Ch5.
