Coleen Nolan may have to pull out of this weekend's Dancing On Ice semi-final after suffering her second serious injury in a week.

The Loose Women star dislocated a rib last night while practising a flying routine for Sunday night's show. The presenter was taken to A&E and given gas and air to help relieve the extreme pain she was suffering.

A spokesperson for Coleen told the Daily Mirror: "It doesn't look good for her ice dream. She'll be heartbroken if she has to pull out.

"We're all just keeping our fingers crossed she'll be fit enough but it's not looking good."

Last weekend Coleen skated on the show despite fracturing her wrist during training. Despite coming bottom of the leaderboard, she was saved by viewers' votes while Zoe Salmon was voted off the show.

If Coleen is well enough to compete in the semi-final, she faces stiff competition from Donal McIntyre, Jessica Taylor and hot favourite Ray Quinn.

Somehow I think she'll be there on Sunday.

Coleen is starting to infuriate me. At first she simply wanted the experience to be in her words 'lovely'. She wasnt taking it too seriously and I liked her for it. She then took to complaining about everything. Either things were too difficult or too scary or something. She's now in the position where she is still in the contest at the expense of obviously better skaters and what do we hear from her - She moans that the judges are too hard on her and not rewarding her effort - It's the final next week BTW - or that the judges should realise that the public have the final say - A la John Sergeant. Someone needs to ask Coleen firstly if she feels she's the fourth best skater in the competition and secondly, does she really want to win at the expense of better skaters.

Personally, I think she playing a little bit of a game by constantly moaning in fact I question how serious her wrist injury is because if you see the footage she didnt fall that hard on it.

At first I liked Coleen but now that she's knocking out better skaters and is not producing good or entertaining routines then she needs to go this week or we're in for a mediocre final.
