It was good for charity I guess, and I liked it, but it soon got annoying.

Disrespectful how they mimed in front of the soldiers though, it was a publicity stunt, none of them cared about the soldiers. They all just did it to become more famous.

Yeah.. I think it was a lot about publicity for the show as well, but its charity, and any money raised is good.

Ironic thing is when Britney mimed she got a weeks worth of bad press, yet when they mimed nothing was even said despite it being a charity single. :/

Tbf though the thing is that performance of Britneys was like her comeback performance to see if she still had "it" < or so it was meant to be.

Everyone knew the finalists could sing (or not) as wed heard them live three times before.

Yes, but that isn't the point. If they can sing live every week, why didn't they? Especially considering people from the charity the song was supporting were in the audience. It's pretty disresctful imo and I'm not just saying that because of the Britney situation.

No as that song has been killed; years ago. Alexandra was the only good one in it.

Yeah, it wasn't bad :]

Chill people, it obviously wasn't THEIR decision to mime, it was clearly the Producer/Simon's.
I doubt they all sat in their dressing room and was like 'oh hay, we sing live every week, how boring, let's switch it up and mime this week because Britney will totally get the slack for it in a few weeks'.
