Taken Hostage is a story i am going to be writing, and have started for my english coursework. I will post little bits now and again until the story ends. Basically it is about a girl who is kidnapped and taken hostage on an island in the middle of no-where. She has to try and survive and run from her captors, and try and find a way off of the island. I will not be posting Huge chunks at once, because it gets boring to read, but will do little 5 line chunks a couple times a day and updat it in the opening post. This will not effect Tibbenders and will not prioritise over it, because Tibbenders is better. The Story is quite thrilling and i will try and tell it to my best quality!

Chapter 1
"Come on! It is just one night! I really need this job!", I shouted down the phone to my Ex, Kevin. He was the love of my life for 10 years, he gave me kids and a home. He was always a lovely man, until he cheated on me with my sister!
"No. It is your turn to have the kids Lauren, I am Busy!", He shouted back at me.
"Look, It is just one night Kev! One Night!"
"I don't care! Be Here at one to collect them!", And with that, Kevin hung up. I carried on walking, on the verge of tears.
I was in London shopping. The Fumes of cars filled my Nose as i walked across the road, in a very angry and fierce walk. Earlier that day i had been offered an interview for the executive manager of Gossipnow Magazine, My Dream Job! For 12 years i had been working as a reporter and now was my moment! I stood still and Pondered over what Kevin would do if i did not turn up. He wasn't the kind of man to just toss his kids on the street for the night, so i guessed it would be okay for me to not turn up!
I Stood on the pavement and waved at a nearby Taxi. The Taxi Pulled over and Stopped beside me. I opened the door and Jumped in.
"Where are you off to Ma'am?", The taxi man asked me. His voice was very deep and husky. I Looked into the mirror and caught a glance of his face. He was old, About 60, and had a small stubble. His eyes were very Small compared to the rest of his face, and looked almost like an alien!
"Ermm, Hampstead Please?"
"Sure thing", And with that, He Started to drive

"So then, Where are you From?", The Taxi man asked me
"Errmmm, Hampstead, You?"
"I am From Leeds. Been there all My Life and moved to London a few months back", He Said, With a very threatening voice.
"Oh, Leeds, Bet it is lovely There?"
"Yes, Very Nice. What is your name then?", He Asked.
"Lauren. Yours?"
"I Am Martin. You Look very Nice Today Lauren, How old are you?"
"Me? I am 26.", I Said to him, Becoming increasingly worried about why he was asking me all of these questions.
"Ahh.. if i was 30 years younger i would snap you up in a second!", He said to me with a Wide grin across his face.
"Yeah, I am sure you would", I rolled my Eyes and Smiled
"Anyway, Here we are!", He Pulled up outside of my house. I Got out of the rather Smelly Cab and pulled my Pink Purse out of my bag.
"How much Will that be?", I asked him nicely.
"On the house Darling, only for you though. Make sure you use this taxi service again though!", He Smiled and looked down my top
"Oh, Thanks. I sure wil! Right, See ya", I was even more worried now, It was as if he fancied me!
"okay Darling. Have a nice Evening", He winked at me and Scratched his Rough, Grey and unkempt hair.
"Bye!", I waved as he drove off down the lonely street out of view. I sighed. What a weird man! He really was. Never before had i met anybody so weird. I Walked up into my garden. The Flowers were starting o come out, and they let off a lovely Smell of Lavender. Birds were singing and the Bright sun was high in the Clear Blue Sky. The Day was looking good! I thought about my Little Girls, Still with their dad, and sighed. They would probably be waiting for me, It was nearly 1 o-clock. "Oh Well" I thought to myself, The Job was much more important, For my future and the kids!
I walked into the house an was welcomed by the lovely Smell of Cat Wee, All over the Floor. I sighed and walked into my Small, But Homely Living room. The Sofa's were very Dirty, and Dusty. The table was Stained with Colouring pens, And The Wallpaper was Grey and Damp. I sighed as i looked around the room. Everything was so old and horrible! But if i got the job, I would be earning nearly 10 times as much! That made everything seem better.
Picking up some tissue from The Kleenex Box, I Glanced out of the window at the busy street. I Gasped. Outside of my house, sitting in his Taxi, was Martin, the Taxi man. He was staring at me, Smiling. He caught my Eye and Winked, Before Driving off again, Into the Background

It was going to be for my coursework, But i changed it because i wrote about the wrong thing :P But i liked the idea of the story, so it is okay. Not for coursework or anything Do you like it?

don't post coursework! When it comes to year 11 and they go through it all again, sometimes they do checks online as to whether it has been posted online. If they check online and find that it was posted on here, they may think you copied it. Mine is from an idea i had for coursework. Not my actualy coursework. My coursework s hell of a different
