Default Marcus Bentley\'s overdone accent - what a plank
Does anyone agree with me that some of Marcus Bentley's narrations in recent series have been awful.

Firstly, he so overdoes his geordie accent that it's embarassing. If you compare his voice in BB1 to BB9, it's completely different. The funny thing is that he;s not even a proper Geordie!

And then his actual narrations have been stupid. We get a shot of people in the house and he says: "X, Y and Z are in the house".

Does he really need to say that? Duuhhh, it's on the screen.

I remember when his narrations were actually good in earlier series and he would explain different situations. Nowadays he just narrates the location of housemates in the compound.

He's awful!

Maybe he toned it down in the early series? He used to present a game-show on Sky. I forgotten what it was called though.

James- he didn't tone it down in earlier series. That's his normal voice. I heard him speak on BBLB once and his voice was very different to highlights shows.

Endemol probably enocurage him to do that, but it's annoying.

Yea, He's voice is funny,but I think he should talk about what's going on in the house, not where everyone is in the house
