If the eye is to be released on the website, nothing is going to change until then or at least just before. But not now, it's too early.

The eye was released on the 12th May last year via the site, so Im thinking it will be more or less the same time.
So if it is, then the site wont be changing for another 2 weeks.

The insiders on iBB say there will be a countdown to the new eye, like last year, so it's worth keeping an eye on the site. I reckon that the countdown will start on 1st may, with the eye being revealed on 14th maybe? So that would be a 2 week countdown with about 3 weeks until the start of the series. That's what I'd do anyways.

Oh, well thats my theory down the pan then lol!

I thought that would work quite well!!!! but then surely the site will go into 'holding' before the countdown, the quicker the better, as it's a sign that BB is on it's way. I'm getting bored with seeing the CBB site everytime I go for a sneaky peek!

I think it DID go to the holding page before the countdown.
Just said 'BIG BROTHER COMING SOON'
So it may well go to the holding pag ein the next few days or next week at the latest.

Brilliant, it'll be nice to see that they haven't forgotten about it! I still thought my idea was good though! Although I think that once the eye has been revealed we should then get a countdown to the series. I din't remember seeing that before, but my memory is rubbish!

Your idea was actually a very good one!
There wasnt a countdown to the series, because when the logo was revealed we didnt have a definate start date.
I just hope this year they REALLY advertise.
They havent done any favours for BB10 so far, with the Live Feed being axed, and different bits here and there.
There's a lot of negativity surrounding this series before its even started.

I totally agree with you, most boards I've looked on are very negative, a really good ad campaign would bring some excitement back.
Trouble is according to the 'insiders' they're not really going to be pushing the boat out this year. No billboards or logos painted onto famous buildings or horses on hills! This is the stuff they should be focusing on, things that will make people talk.
But I think they will be sticking to eye flashes and normal TV ads. Lets hope I'm wrong.

Yes, thats whats I thought.

Fingers crossed though that they have something good up their sleeves and that we'll see something special. If they're putting all this effort into these anniversary shows hopefully that will help to build up excitement. The quiz they have planned sounds like it could be good, although personally, I'd rather see the money invested in live feed. but hey ho, you can't win everything!

And I forgot to mention that if you looked on Wikipedia for information, then you deserved to be lied to.
I happened to look on there and it told me BB didnt start til September and ended in December.
