Davina's quite unproffesional, don't you think?

She can be very biased towards some housemates. Remember that interview with Makosi. Also that interview with Rachel last year.

She was really negative, surprising considering Rachel was winner.

She should be less biased on the main shows. What do you think?

Is she not told what to say for a start?

And if shes not why not? shes having an opinion and they obviously want her to otherwise she would be told not to...

Sometimes it's obvious her own views affect the way she is conducting her interviews.

As a presenter, she should not be showing signs of bias. Particularly when the public are voting to evict someone or vote for them to win.

I want a presenter with an opinion
Davina does have her opinion like anyone who watches the show but she is also professional about it. Her opinion comes through when interviewing but thats a good thing and has not yet been unprofessional in that way

It's a perfectly acceptable topic.

What gives you the right to say what topic can be on a forum and what cannot? You are no mod.

Clearly, it's sparked a reaction from some people, with some actually agreeing with my views.

I'm hardly clogging up the forum, when there's hardly been any new topics posted over the last day.

But most presenters of television shows do not show their opinion.

They are completely professional and do what is required of such a person: host a show.

Look at Dermot O' Leary- he doesn't say who he wants to win TXF. Nor do Ant and Dec on Britain's Got Talent or I'm a Celebrity.

It's poor form from Davina in my honest opinion. She's only been like this in the last few years. For the first 5 years or so, she was brilliant. But I think her ego's grown too big recently and she thinks she is bigger than the show, which clearly she is not.

Remember her interview show on BBC1- It was a majot flop!

I've had a few PMs telling me that "I've been a great new member", etc.

If people like to respond to my topics, then I see no reason why I should stop.

I've slowed down forming new topics in the last couple of days- I think this is only my first one in 2 days.

You're no mod. If the mods have a problem with me posting these topics, they'll tell me. Otherwise it's not really pointless.

I love Davina the way she is, she's bieatcohy, funny, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion, imagine if someone yelled at you for supporting or hating someone? I tend to do that :P. so (starts to yell for you hating DAVINAA!)

Agreed don't let one individual wind you up.......With regard to your view on Davina I agree she is often biased and I agree with those that say a presenter should have an opinion. A conflict of interest here......

A presenter should have an opinion but in a show where a big prize money is at stake she should also have a duty to being fair and neutral towards housemates and not influence the voting public.

Just because anyone of us has an opinion on housemates including Davina does not mean that hers or our opinions are correct......

So in view of the amount of prize money at stake Davina should keep her nose out of influencing the public.......

One reason why shows like BBBM should be axed......It's just a forum for members of the public including it's presenters to slander housemates and affect the outcome of the vote.....But that's another debate.......

MOst of the time, I dont like when Davina is being totally biased, but only when I disagree with her. In some cases, she needs to be. Sometimes she acts like a fan, and cant help herself I guess!

And OP, dont worry about these idiots telling you to stop posting threads, when nothing is going on, and specially those that have nothing good to contribute to this forum whatsoever.
