SUNITA LEAVES THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE

Thursday 30th May, Day 6 in the Big Brother House. SUNITA left the Big Brother House this evening at 7.10pm. Sunita first suggested that she might leave on 27th May in the Diary Room. Having spent the last few days considering her options, she finally confirmed her decision to leave yesterday evening.

Leaving by the rear exit of the house, Sunita was met by friends Dimitra and Adam. She then joined DERMOT O’LEARY in the Big Brother studio for a live interview for E4’s Big Brother’s Little Brother (repeated on Channel 4 at 11.05pm this evening).

Before being joined by Sunita, Executive Producer Phil Edgar-Jones told Dermot that Sunita’s leaving was “all part of the Big Brother experience”. Asked if Sunita would be replaced he said that the producers were still discussing the situation but that it was highly likely.

During the interview, Sunita said that she had had “issues from the start”. She expressed concern about the way in which the experience could affect her future career and added that she found it “hard to be herself” in the house saying “you don’t realise until you’re there what it’s going to be like”. She added that she found the same routine and same faces claustrophobic.

Discussing the other housemates she concluded that they were “a good bunch” and that she felt “sad to have left eleven new friends but relieved” to be out of the house. When asked who she thought would be evicted tomorrow evening she said she thought it might be ‘Lynne from the girls’ and ‘Sandy from the boys’. She thought the overall winner should be Jade who she felt had “blossomed” since being in the house.

To be perfectly honest no one on the 'outside' will really be sad that she has left.

She never seemed to be 'in' the group.
