You know I probably did over react in that row but I am so calm most of the time need to let off steam sometimes...I was over it in an hour.

Guys i am getting alot of heat about the argument I had with Wifey on the show the other night. The point is I am always subdued and calm but I am like a kettle and sometimes I need to let off steam. Ok I over reacted and I apologies to anyone offended. The argument started way earlier in the week and had been building. Me and Kate were "over it" within the hour but sorry for those who have been left with a bitter taste. Unsure why they showed it ( either management or ITV ) but none the less in next weeks show all is resolved . Love to all.
