Okay, I'm posting this because my friends have started saying they're worried about me LOL
The only set meal I have a day is dinner, I skip breakfast and lunch. 7 30AM - Wake up, eat nothing. 8 30AM - Arrive at schoola after bus and go to the nearby Spar and buy 3 chocolate bars, a pack of biscuits and a pre packed sandwich (today for example I bought, a Dairy Milk, a twin Mars Bar, a Crunchie, a pack of Cadbury's Fingers and a Ploughmans Sandwich). 9AM - I've eaten all of that by then 3PM - Go into town and get a McFlurry or something. 7 30PM - Eat about half of my dinner and the rest goes to waste. I've realised taht this week I've spent about £6 a day on random **** and I feel so sluggish and horrible ![]() I've made myself a target for next week to eat all meals and have one snack a day, but I seriously doubt I can do it. Btw, I'm not fat, its just I'm worried about what I'm doing to my body, the amount of saturated fat going in must be ridiculous ![]() |

Yeah thats kinda bad Hugo. You should try and cut down on the cruddy foods. They just sit in your stomach for days cos they dont have nutrients that the body can take.

Its not an awful diet, you just need to spread the food well over the day.
Cut one or two of the chocolates out, maybe replace them with a cereal bar or something and have your sandwich at a later time, then hopefully you wont feel the need to have the McFlurry |

I eat like a monster, which is a bit weird as Im not overweight. It will catch up with me though. I seriously cannot stop myself from eating, I eat bad stuff alot of the time, but now as well as chocolatey snacks and stuff i eat nuts and fruit which kind of balances the unhealthiness out.

That would be far to much for me. my diet consists of
breakfast - cereal like corn flakes or rice crispies. most days i usually skip it Lunch - Cereal again Dinner - A sandwhich if im working. if im not a light snack like a slice of pizza. Its a good diet. i lost 3 stone in 5 months when i done it last. although it did make me ill. i passed out in the bathroom and smacked my head on the corner of the bath. woke up in hospital a while later lol. but i didnt care as long as i was thinner. |

I've been on a diet when I was 10 to 13 because I was obese. It helped me to become such a hottie now (lmao) So yeah, I understand Hugo, obese or not, diet are really hard to keep up. What you need is convincing yourself, do never give up and you really want it. If you don't, you can try all the diets in the world, it'll never work out.

I'm a bit like you but I eat all the shitt when I get home. But I have started eating breakfast and lunch.. yet I'm pretty skinny lool. Not good for my body though I presume. [oh god and my 5 a day is atrocious.. more like 2 - i never liked the bigheaded weasels either.]

God that does sound like a bad diet! You need some proper food,you're lacking nutrients essential for good health,skin,hair,energy etc etc.
Although atm the moment I'm not much better! I havn't had dinner in about 3 days.Cos I get up so late I eat a late lunch and by the time I'm hungry again it's about 11 and I'll just have a huge bowl of cereal. |

i couldnt believe it when i weighd myself today- i lost 5lbs in 3days., ive been cuttin out my snacks and going swimming for 30mins per day, im so pleased with myself

Wow i dont even know how you can eat 3 chochlate bars in 2 n half hours.
and 3 cans a day. I dont think ive had coke in like a year. Choclate since easter.. lol. You defienately need a better diet. |
