I did not resize those pictures that are too big, because i did not want to lose any quality in them, but none of them are overly huge this week

This inspired me becasue this tree was the only one of its kind in the area i was in abroad and i thought it would make a nice pic.

Gave the pic this name because 3 of the plants are strong, bright and fast growing. The second plant however has passed that stage, and is now delicate. Grey. Fragile. Much like an old person. Despite being the same thing, they can be so different.
I experimented with an indoor pic, as the weather has been so bad, using some sheets and lighting. I experimented with the exposure time too. (yeah, bout 30 mins work went into this pic lol) Basically, and obviously the odd one out it the second plant as it is basically dead, although the grey fluffy bit never came out properly, probably because of the pretty intense lighting. I hope Ive become a bit less 'cliche' this week. The picture has a powerful message and is original too

My picture is many monopoly money surrounding a tenner. It's hard to see the tenner but after millions of goes throwing money into the air, trying to take a picture of it then collecting it all and doing it again. This was the best one. This hopefully shows originality, bucket loads of effort and the odd one out from the monopoly money to the real sterling

This picture was done simply and symbolically. The background was intended to be a neutral, calm tone which would make my subject matter 'come to life' as it were, on the page. The yellow of the bananas and their strict regime seem to overpower the small orange which was to show how being the odd one out can feel so lonely, when everyone is against you.

I thought an odd one out should be someone unique, cos these days anyone can be excuded for how they look. It's my wee sister and I put her in the middle of our garden to make her look more vulnerable and alone.
It's sh*t but ah well

Christina - a simple idea. As it turned out, it wasn't a unique one either. But either way - it works. It's not amazing but it's not bad.

Twilight - a nice idea i fancy a jam tart now though, bitch.

JD. - Probably my favourite of the bunch this week. It certainly stands out and it's a great quality shot.

Conor - Would I be wrong in thinking this is heavily edited? I like the idea but it seems a bit unnatural if you ask me. A great picture, but not photo.

Sam! - Again, looks a bit edited But I love the idea, probably my second favourite shot.

SiaSiaSia - I like the idea of the crowd against you, but if I'm honest I don't think it's a great photo. It looks like you've just run into your kitchen and grabbed some fruit. Not very creative

Brona - Not sure if I get it to be honest. Yes, the person in the photo is certainly unique, but there's nobody to compare them to, or call them the "odd one out" from. An interesting shot, but needs more thought behind it.

Actually wait, i did make the stems greener, because they came out yellow because of the lighting and that made it look even more un natural.

I dunno, it kindof jumps to me 'Odd one out' but at the same time I find it a bit boring. I think that you needed to think a bit more out of the box with this one, maybe play a bit with the arrangement of the fruit. However, I do like the focus on the apple.

I prefer Lemon Curd tarts too. It's a good concept, but I think from a lower angle so you're looking over them would have came across as more effective.

I like this. The standing out and strikingness of the tree against the soft sky comes across nicely. Like the angle aswell. If I didn't know the theme however, I wouldn't know it had a connotation of 'Odd One Out'

It definatley stands out... But I dunno, something about it just doesn't work for me. I wouldn't be able to know it's odd one out if I glanced at it.

Fantastic concept, beautifully taken, love how the plants are at slight angles and they're evenly apart. The background beautiful aswell. This one is my favourite

When I first looked at this, I thought it was the brightness of the money contrasting with the dullness of the room, which I thought was a really great idea. Then when you explained about the £10, I still thought it was good, but I wouldn't have noticed it, nice work though!

Lovely, really a pleasant picture. Its quite precise and even but tells the theme aswell. It's not standout, but it's nciely thought out, well done!

Not your best, but I like how you incorporated a person into it. I like the array of colours against the base of green. Maybe if she wore more bright colours, she'd stand out even more.
