I know not everyone on here does but a small number still post in capital letters ALL the time, yet they have been asked NUMEROUS times to stop. Is the rule too hard to understand? Some I think are doing it deliberately. If it happens again with who I have in mind, I'm hugely considering reporting the post. Anyone else sick of it?

I honestly don't mind if it's used OCCASIONALLY or to emphasise something but when some REPEATEDLY continues to do it, that's just not on.

a bit like stories in The Sun where RANDOM words are PUT into CAPITALS to make them seem more OUTRAGEOUS. Sometimes done with LESBIAN ROMP. lmao that phrase makes me laugh when they put it in articles

It doesn't really bother me. As long as it's readable I'm fine with it.

It doesn't annoy me that much I just tend to ignore the post, I have a habbit of putting lots of exclamation marks at the end of sentences though.

It's against the rules though isn't it? Quite annoying when numerous people have asked someone to stop and doesn't, particularly when 12 of 17 are in CAPITAL

Yeah, but it is a bit like how pirate DVD distribution is against the law. Everybody does it, people who dont like it ignore it, and nobody but a select few bored individuals really give enough of a shit to report it.

Sometimes caps are necessary to convey a tone of voice. Mind you i think if you do use caps they should be in moderation.
