ITs over!!! Monfils crushed Andy Roddick, and the jackass didnt even shake the empire's hand!!! Such bad sportsmanship!

Does anyone know if there is a day summary on BBC or something? they didnt even show the game. I watched it online.

I can see a Murray - Federer finale very easily. Don't know who would take the title tho.

As for the women, I can see Safina against Serena Williams. This should be a good finale to watch, very very close one if it happens.

I think both of the finales, if they are like I predicted are probably going to be very close and entertaining to watch. Some of the best finales ever.

I really want Rodger to get the title. He wants it so much - not that he is the only one who wants it - but I feel Murray will have MANY years to clinch it, Federer needs it.. LOL

YOu cant discount soerdeling after what he did though! He is gonna be hard to knock off, so is Monfils.

And non one is talking about Del Porto. He's only lost one set. my prediction for the finals

Del Porto- Soerdling or Monfils-soerdeling

The girls

Sharapova- Williams

But well done Roger federer. He was pretty much perfect today. Great champion.

Gutted for Monfils because I knew he was going to loose but not in 3 sets. Federer is obviously now the big favourite which makes it less enjoyable to me. I really hoped he is going to get eliminated even though it won't happen. But well done to him I guess.

I am like you LOl! I always root against the people that win all the time. Thats why I always root against Man U in England, Against the English teams in the champions league, and against Brazil and Italy in the WC!

But dont worry, there are still good players left. Dont forget, Soerdeling beat Nadal, and Del Porto and Gonzalez are pretty good. So he Federer still have a lot of opposition in front of him.

Monfils will be back though. You guys have a lot of good players now. Someone is going to win rolland Garros really soon! Any of the French guys in the top 30.

I'm rooting for Soederling now ! He knew him before but he didn't blew me away. But now, I discovered a great player with a very powerful game.
So I hope the final will be Soederling against Gonzalez.

Long time no post!!

I am very glad Kuznetsova won the title but I am also pretty upset that Safina didn't bring her game to the court today!

Definately want Soderling to win tomorrow, I think the best prize of beating Nadal on clay is the title and he would have definately earned it this fortnight! But then again Federer should win to equal Sampras' 14 grand slam titles and he has never won the French Open so it would make it a career grand slam for him! Should be an awesome match! I'm excited!

Ahhh!! I'm excited!
Soderlings amazing fortnight can continue today! Even if he doesn't win he has so much to take from 2009 French Open. But Federer needs to win for a boost and for the infamous 14 grand slams! and to get a little closer to No.1 again

I'm happy Kuztnetsova won but I feel sad for Safina. I mean, she lost twice in a row and looked gutted after. I hope she does win an international open, I feel the US Open does fit her well.

Federer Wins!!!
6-1 7-6 6-4
He is now officially one of the greatest players ever in tennis history! (though he was one of the best in my eyes before this win )
