HORRIBLE for the gym, it gets so bloody hot, can't max start feeling like crap in gym etc, anything over 20 and i can't train properly.

At least it's only 2 months per year in UK, I've got this all year long. Sun and harm is good but not when playing rugby at 2pm when the sun is really high in the sky lmao It's terrible and I do understand you.
