Default BB10 couple \"break up\"

Quote:
A real-life couple picked to go into Big Brother 10 have been axed by producers, since the two broke up.

According to The Daily Star, 18 year olds Melisa Nayah Minton and Daniel Lewis from London were chosen to be BB10 housemates, and just as the pair were about to go into hiding they split.

Minton, speaking to the paper, explained that they told the producers of their break up in the hope that they’d put them in anyway. However, they weren’t so lucky, and C4 cut them both out of the lineup.

Melisa said: “We’re gutt-ed. We thought we’d be up front with them and tell the truth. But all they’ve done is dropped us. I still think it would have been great TV to put us in the house even though we’ve broken up.”

Keep an eye out!
From IBB.

Does that give a clue about what might happen in BB10? Maybe they will have relatives in the house?

If this is true the producers are stupid! Putting a broken up couple could be a very good thing..

I don't think the UK would put in a broken up couple, at least I hope not.

It would be an old and already used idea from Big Brother in the US where they had had a house of ex couples. The UK is known for unique concepts and ideas, and although they adopted the US head of household, they have at least put their own spin on it and not made it totally abandon the ideas Big Brother is based on like the US has.

Having them in there would be the best option now!!! Come on producers, you know we will love that!!

i can imagine, the girl going in first and telling the other girls about her ex bf and then he comes through the door... would be soo funny to watch.
