Default Big Brother Recession Considerations

...got me thinking of some whacky, Daily Star esque things that may happen to Big Brother this year because of the ongoing economic crisis [created of course by Gordon Brown, life in the city].

So what do you guys think may happen this year? I already heard a rumor that all the best bits video packages are being constructed via Windows Movie Maker.

None of the rumours are true, it costs about a pound to construct a best bits video.

That's one stool leg too many for our budget, Lewis, sorry.

I heard there's going to be 16 housemates, living in a one bedroom flat.

BB is not poor! i dont get why people are making out it is???

just look at the set for BB's big quiz... it didnt look like it was made for a fiver!

Big Brother is C4's biggest show... they aint gunna cut the costs THAT much on it!

do Endemol contribute to the financial stuff by any chance?

That may be the case, but everything else about the BB quiz was cheap.

I dont see why they would cut costs. Regardless of the dip in viewing figures, its still one of C4's biggest money spinners. If they wanna spend money on the show, then they will. Refurbishing the house, for starters, wouldnt come cheap.

I've heard rumours the artificial lawn is being taken up and the housemates will have to grow their own vegetables in the garden.

Here is a nice plot of land with a ready made building up for sale. it would work well as a new and more cost effective house
