Me personally, i adore her! I think she's so sweet and caring. I think that she gives a sensitive side to the show, one which Piers and Simon cannot give. If she left, i'd be so upset lol

She has done a lot of West End work in leading roles and never gets negative reviews plus shes done a fair bit of TV work ...

Cheryl Cole was apparently going to be the female judge but pulled out at the last minute
