BB2 Brian
Brian got the girl vote, the majority of the voting public being women

BB3
Kate won purely because she was a womans woman, women didnt feel threatened by her and men adored her

BB4
The default vote i assume, Cameron was the one voters didnt want to win Least

BB5
The journey, Nadia was unique in that she united opinion, women sympathised with her, men laughed with her,

BB6 BB7 and BB8
This was the worst time for the teeny vote, girls swooning over these three idiots and lads thinking they were funny and witty etc, the only reason they won IMHO

BB9 and CBB6
The first time the forums decided the winner, the casual watcher was no more and at last the fans deided who won.

I don't believe for a second that the forums decided Rachel should win!! Forums couldn't even sway the voting in Hijack, let alone in BB itself. the public like Rachel, its that simple

I agree; Rachel may have got lot's of stick from the other HM's but that's what drew the audience to like her.
She was personally not my favourite, but she was a deserving winner.

The "sob story" wasn't revealed until after he had won.
He won because of his "honourable behaviour" in the Nasty Nick episode.
He was the prime example of a HM who was very unpopular in the house but was kept in by the public.

Yeah I agree with most of that, after Big Brother became more of an entertainment show which was after BB5 the teenage girl vote was a major factor in deciding a winner
I don't agree with the forums deciding on Rachel winning BB9. I think it was partly the same reason as Kate winning - the womans vote and also she was in a very dislikeable final group

I thought BB6 and BB7 were some of the best.

Anthony was a laugh good womanizer.
Pete was so funny in everything he did.

The biggest problem with the voting is voting out the goodlooking women because they are.. goodlooking.

She was trying to take pete for herself.
She was a complete attention seeker, wearing a thong bikini and banging on about it.

Since BB8 onwards it's been clear perhaps how little votes where being cast as voting was very easily influenced.

John won Hijack because he had a group of 100+ people back home in Scotland voting for him many times, but after Anthony + Amy were evicted, John got the anti-Emilia vote. Take into account Hijack had 700,000 viewers, and I'd say only about a quarter of that actually voted in the final. The forums were behind Amy and Emilia, but Amy fans were "too cool" to vote - securing Emilia's place in top 2. Nobody had the support of John's group back up in Scotland though.

In BB9, Rachel won for being nice. At the time of the final she was the anti-Res, the anti-Darnell vote, both of them being the most hated outside of the house at the time. I think this swung the vote in her favor. Take into account that Michael was the bookies favourite - because of this Mikey fans (especially those off the forum) were more confident he would win, and would be less likely to vote. Giving the forums their first BB win.

I think ti was the opposite in BB7 + BB8 though. In both of these series it was defiantly the younger viewers off the forms that decided the winner. Aisleyne and Amanda/Sam were the favorites in the forums but it was the greater voting public who chose Pete and Brian was the winners, but quite high margins. Pete was a big favourite on the forms as well, but I think at the time in the majority of the forum polls, Aisleyne was winning.

As for BB5, BB3 and BB2 - I think it was a simple popularity contest. Brian D, Kate and Nadia all won because they connected with the viewers, both male and female. In BB4 though - Cameron definitely had the housewives vote, and the public knew he was going to do good with his money.

'Nasty' Nick won it for Craig back in BB1. It was only when Craig stood up to Nick that he became a real contender to win. Even in the final vote it was really close between Craig and Anna (51% to 49%), so it was just as likely that Anna could have prevailed.

BB1- Was a basic show then, the media created storylines eveywhere about Nick being exposed and it was Craig that confronted him, branding him as a hero.

BB2- Brian was fun, as was Helen, that was the correct Top 2 for me, the women liked Brian and not just because he was gay, but because he entertained the nation.

BB3- She won purely also on entertainment as well as Brian, she was everything all in one, fun, loving, funny ect.... women didnt feel threatened by her and actually loved her, as did men.

BB4- Anouska would have won if she had not been evicted, or Jon, but the Africa trip DEFENITLEY gave Cameron a huge chance.

BB5- Nadia was unique, nothing that the show had seen, acceptance.

BB6The best of a bad bunch, one of the bitchiest series, and Anthony came across as one of the most genuine and entertaining in there without being bitchy. Teenage votes took over from BB6-BB8

BB9- Defenitley agree that the forums chose the winner, and i know people hate it when its brought up, but Live Feed helped her, and we saw that she was different and more funny to how she wa sin the HLs. Eg. Confornting Luke and Bex was not shown in the HLs but itw a sin the Live Feed. She was however liked by women though as well as men, so it could have been the Kate factor that made her win.

BBCH also could be seen as the forums, the general public did not like Emilia, even though she didnt win, she came a shock 2nd, and thats because teh forums were backing her and were doimg petitions, and to the people that say the forums didnt do that is bollocks! If you asked a normal BB watcher in the streets, hardly 1 person from outside the forum would have wanted her to win, so her votes must have come in from somehwere?? Maybe picked up on Jeremy's fans? John winning was just so bland for me, didnt like the winner but liked the series.

If the forums decided that Rachel was the winner in a final watched by 5m, then why didn't the forum favourite become the winner in Hijack, considering that 0.7m watched the Hijack final? Surely if roughly 1000 people who post on forums can overturn a result of the main series, then it would be even easier for a much more low key and lesser watched series?

I dont think Aisleyne was bitchy at all, she was honest and told people how she felt about them. She defended Suzie and wa sthe only HM to do that.

It was all split, thats why Nikki and Ailseyne are like marmite. People that love Nikki, dislike Aisleyne, and vica versa. For me though, I liked both, but Aisleyne MUCH more as she is my fave HM ever.

Aisleyne deserved her place, well deserved to win imo, but based on the show, she got a very impressive position in the series.
Even though people are split towards her, she has got mainly more fans then she has haters, thats why she always come sout near the top in forum Hm games, and in the public, loads of the people i know in my year were supporting her that year.

She won because she wasnt acting, she was genuine 24/7, if she was in BB1-BB3 she would have been like the others and blended in as HMs in the early years were normal, but nowadays people dont like normal they want "OTT and loud, sexy, mad" ect..... so thats why i ws suprised that Rachel won, but thats probably why they booed her, because she was normal, and theres nothing wrong with being normal.

Soo normal won that time over mad and insane which was a lovely change
