Big Brother 4 winner Cameron Stout and his TV presenter brother Julyan Sinclair record a CD at the Cava Studios in Glasgow. And series presenter Chris Harvey tries out the latest extreme sport - running Perthshire's whitewater rapids in an inflatable armchair.
