She was the same last year, its just the dress she wore. Shes in pretty good shape though for 42 year old woman with 3 kids!! She seems to get younger each year

She says she doesn't see herself as the star of the show so doesn't see why she should take it away from the housemates. On eviction night, it isn't her night its their night and she doesn't want to over shadow them by being in bright clothes ... but she doesn't usually wear black on the final night of even series' so ...
