I don't know if the show airs in the UK, so if you haven't heard of the show, "The Real World" started back in 1992 and was one of the first reality shows ever. It airs on MTV, and it's going on it's 22nd season. It's about 7 or 8 roommates who live together in one house for a couple of months and see how they interact with one another, whether it be good or bad.

In it's 19th season, the show and its roommates for that season went to Sydney, Australia. Issac, one of the roommates, started dating this one girl who was vacationing from Ireland. Turns out that that Irish girl is Noirin.

Fans knew her as the "other roommate" since she spent so much time in the house. I think she prolonged her stay in Sydney just so she could be with Issac. And I gotta say, she was a sweetheart on the show. She wasn't shown all that much since she wasn't an actual roommate, but during the times that she was, she was definitely a very caring, kind girl.
