I think the mods do a great job, well in particular Sia if I'm honest... most posts that have been reported usually have Sia's edit in them, so hats off to her for that. She can't be here 24/7 but I totally get where you are coming from AMA... just report the post (I've learnt that) and hope for the best... if it's not dealt with that day... report it again the next day till it's sorted or something has been resolved.
