I am speaking on behalf of flip flops across the world.
We as flip flops are are a peace loving item of footwear who have given generations of comfort and service to the feet of the world which to be fair has not always been easy.

Whilst watching Big Brother on a pair of feet the other night,(which thankfully appears to be watched by few), there was a House mate talking of "slapping down on his face with a flip flop"!

I wish to express on behalf of flip flops everywhere that we do not condone this type of 'self abuse' using any of our members. We do accept that some of our members have become "Mycol addicts" and are involved in such practices to 'score' their next 'fix' at the chemist but they are a rogue few.

The hm who has made these remarks has obviously 'flipped' because he is a 'flop'.

I apologise for any offence caused by this hm's remarks and hope we can continue to live in peace.
