Boyband/group - Take That I guess. I don't like many boybands though.

Girlband/group - Hmm...again, don't like many, but Girls Aloud.

Male solo artist - David Bowie or Bob Dylan.

Female solo artist - of all time, Dusty Springfield, but at the moment it's Adele.

Take That obviously. Who I do count as a band as they do all play instruments,it's just they don't all the time cos they're not that type of band.

Girl group/band
Sugababes

Male solo artist
Mark Owen<3

Female solo artist
Christina Aguilera,although I have a long list of ones I love including Kelly Clarkson,Jessica Simpson,Michelle Branch etc.

Female band: I'd want to say the Yeah Yeah Yeahs but apart from Karen O the other two members are blokes. Ah screw it I'd say the YYY's.

Male solo artist: Patrick Wolf probably mostly, although I haven't got an overall favourite.

Female solo artist: ATM it's Florence and the Machine but again I haven't got a overall all time favourite.

I'm confused by the boy band/group thing. I'm not sure if it literally means a boy band etc or just a group which consists of all males, regardless of genre.

I meant it as a band/group with guys in it rather than like a boyband. So it could range from say Take That to The Killers. All genres!

I went with the later bt I think it can mean either, I think that's why she put in the group and band at the end just in case you're not a fan of pop bands.
