Fully agree with everything you wrote he seems to be getting reall down now and to be honest anyone in that position he is in would feel exatly the same it is awkward for me to watch they are clearly ruining his confidence and they are just belittling everything he does !!!!! I couldnt have coped under all the stress hes been under so far. I dont know how he does it but I so hope he stays strong. He should be applauded for how he has handled the situation so far.
