Firstly, hi all!

First post so be nice

Man I hate that guy, he's properly ruined BBLB, so much so that I went ahead and sent this to C4 (very unlike me)

Firstly, I'm not the kind of person to write and complain and this is the first time in my life
I've felt compelled to do so. Somebody needs to have a discussion with george lamb,
his whole presenting style seems to be based on belittling and patronising the guests on BBLB.
This does not serve Endemol or channel4's interests, he mocks fans, contestants,
guests and tonight even Davina. Participants on the show have to 'play along' with the various
segments and statements made during pieces/interviews (otherwise they would fall flat on their
faces, known as "blocking"). When people do play along George ridicules them, it's just embarassing.

This in turn relfects on the show as a whole, bear in mind your core audience and the majority
of people who will be generating revenue by voting will most probably be watching this 'sister'
show and the last thing you should be doing is making them and all involved look stupid.

That was Dermot's best quality, his sense of comradery and whilst I appreciate it must be difficult
to find a presenter who fits the demographic George Lamb is making a mockery of everything good
about Big Brother. When even the presenter of the show behaves like it's all beneath him what
effect do you think that will have on the viewing public?

To which I got this pretty standard response.....

We are sorry to read that George Lamb is not to your liking. However, it is
a fact that very few presenters on any programme meet with the unqualified
approval of everyone in our audience. Nevertheless, your comments are
welcome and have been logged for the attention of the programme makers

I hated both of them, I don't watch BBLB, it's always been poor.

i sort of see your point but i still find this guy likeable and much the talent.. he's quick witted and and pretty good at what he does,but the show does seem lack lastre at best (which i put down to producers) george though is decent enough at what he does...

Welcome to the forum, ignore the more ignorant members and I agree with yu fully, we even started an anti-George Lamb club, he is appalling , can't dress properly and has no ability to interview, although I do think Ch4 regards the BB audience with contempt and an easy source of revenue!

Give it up, dermot is not coming back, And i don't see whats so bad about him, i actually like him. Just think of yoursalf as being lucky as they didn't keep Zezi now shes was bad

Lamb is typical of the tedious, skinny-hipped, metrosexual girly-boys currently being churned out by C4. He's pretty talentless...He resorts to sarcasm due to his lack of wit. He reminds me of that other talentless bore who fronts the truly woeful TNT show.

Lamb's treatment of Angel - who trumps out more talent than he'll ever possess - was particularly nasty.

I reckon his career will be pretty short.

Not a fan for George Lamb either but i guess wee have to put up with him and hopefully next year they'll change him.

Yeah dermot was like a million years ago but he had a "we're all mates" thing which I thought worked well for the format.

GL is a humourless talentless pr*ck who thinks he's funny (at least someone does!

And it could be worse I guess, we could still be stuck with zezi!!

he seems to have brains so hes probably pissed the only presenting job he can get is about a little watched dead in the water realty show starring braindead imbeciles and then get z listers on to talk about the show when its clear around 75% dont bother watching it

BBLB is a waste of time
so is bbBM with the unbearable past it (if she ever had it) davina mcall

and on the whole the show is a pile of wank

dont worry yourself over it, it will be all over soon

George "I can't believe I'm doing this feckin show" Lamb bugs the hell outa me too. His obvious contempt for the show, and especially the fans is damaging to the BB franchise. And no socks? I bet his shoes really whiff...
