Default Racism in Europe

The perception around the world is that Europe in general is very racist.

Whenever you look at the TV, there are images of Racism being displayed from European nations. Whether its in movies or in the news.

Example, at the soccer games, people in the stands throw bananas at the black players, while yelling racist slurs at them.

So I'm asking, in general how do you feel about the stereotype that Europe is racist and is there any truth to it?

In the UK
over 1 million voted for the BNP.
(New Labour failed to get voters in that poor area)
It is more common now as times get hard
of course in the Brit Virgin Isle
it is bliss.

"at the soccer games, people in the stands throw bananas at the black players"

Whens the last time thatactually happened, though spanish fans in a england vs spain friendly were making monkey noises when sean wright phillips got the ball, commentators went mad, it was a disgrace.

But generally yes i think theres quite a few racist people...

But they are all races i believe, they just insult other races...

Europe has always had problems like, at times it's the few that make the most noise.

Racism is a problem for all, even today in the UK we have teen gangs based on race, in London there are black gangs that have a West African/Jamacia background against those from a East African background, even Asian v black in some parts of the UK, It's all racism!

Even some Asian familes in the UK are against marriage outside the race.. Racism!

The whole European racism where whites are being racist is all over europe, but a much bigger problem in eastern Europe as our English players found out when playing there.. Fair to say that racism is a world wide problem.

Every country in the world has their share of problems. So no, not even the VI experiences pure bliss.

Yes, racism is a global problem. That won’t cease to exist in the foreseeable future.

Like I always say, ignorance, racism, greed and religion are the four biggest problems in the world today. When I say religion, I’m not meaning the practise of religion in itself, I’m referring to people that start wars, arguments because other people do not share their religious belief.
