Default Parents praying that their Lesley will stay

Jun 10 2005
By The Huddersfield Daily Examiner http://ichuddersfield.icnetwork.co.u...name_page.html

LESLEY Sanderson's parents, Paul and Heather, are on their way to London - praying their girl stays in the Big Brother house.

Tonight, every single housemate in Channel 4's Big Brother house is up for eviction - and the Skelmanthorpe lass is the favourite to go.

But speaking to the Examiner today Paul said the family were still hoping the public wanted her to stay on the reality TV show.

He added: "We are nervous, because we really want her to stay and think she should. She is having fun.

"We are missing having her around the house, because she is very lively.

"Just watching her on the television is not the same.

"I have not watched the show a lot, but Heather has been watching Lesley every day."

Paul also revealed he expected Lesley, 19, to put people right about some of the tabloid rumours that have surrounded her since she entered the Big Brother house 14 days ago.

"I am sure that whenever Lesley comes out she will have a few things to say to a few people," he said.

"We are just going to leave it up to her to come out and tell people how it is."

Meanwhile, in the house Lesley has made up with nemesis Sam - but the tension remains.

The bookies think the girls' bickering has left the pair vulnerable in tonight's public vote.

Currently, our Lesley is favourite to get the boot - but Sam is close behind.
