Default Does Brian Belo have learning difficulties?
Just watching him on the highlights... what a state. 22, he should be ashamed. Surely he has something wrong with him? SURELY!

Why, if he does have learning difficulties would this mean something was "wrong" with him. He seems happy in his life, so his intellectual ability is irrelevant.
