In tonight's show, the nominations twist will be revealed and the vote will open. The pair of celebrities that win the driving task will have the power to save one of the nominees (Andrew, Ann, Rachel, Daniel and John) and replace them with a housemate of their choice to face the public vote. Emma Willis will return tomorrow from 9pm for a live double eviction.
