Thought id give it a cheesy name.

Gonna use this as an easy way to record my weightlifting stats as i progress.

Will be writing in what ive trained how heavy and how many reps and will highlight with personal bests.

I will post photo's every couple of months to.

and will post my general outline of my diet.

Will start it tomorrow after i train back.

I hope i don't bore you all, not expecting anyone to read it though lol.

    Tonight.

    Back Training Today:
    Lat Pulldown - 4 sets.
    Deadlift - 4 sets ( 160kg x 2 highest )
    Reverse Lat Pulldown - 3 sets
    Seated Row Narrow Grip - 3 sets
    Bent over Row - 3 sets.

    **** day too early.

    Ahh thanks mate.

    I might write up my diet too.
    Just got my protein, started it thursday.
    Should help me get a big of weight on.

    Chest today, (after work, and gym was busy so didnt do the stuff i wanted to do.)

    Bench Press 5 sets - Max 120kg for 2.
    Incline Dumbell press - 4 sets - Max 40kg for 5.
    Incline Dumbell Flies - 4 sets.
    Slightly inclined bench machine single arm - 3 sets.

    Was pretty bad for bench but done great at incline dumbells today (=

    Meant to train legs today, but i didnt know i had work and my right knee was killing me so i thought to play it safe and train on saturday.

    Arms today didnt train to hard sadly and am down to 11.3 stone lowest ive been in over 6 months.

    Bicep:

    E-Z curl bar - 5 Sets - Max 4 reps of 65kg.
    Seated Dumbell Curl - 5 sets - Max 5 Reps of 22.5kg
    Curl Machine - 3 sets

    Tricep

    V bar Tricep Extension - 3 sets
    Skull Crushers - 3 sets - Max 7 x 40kg
    Seated Tricep Dumbell Extension - 3 sets - Max 6 x 35kg.

    Had to train quickly today so didnt get to do everything we wanted.

    Shoulders:

    Smith Machine, Seated Miltary Press (behind head) - 4 sets - 60kg x 8 Max.
    ^ As above but infront of head - 4 sets - 60kg x 7 Max.
    Upright Rows - 4 sets
    Front Lateral Raise - 4 sets
    Side Lateral Raise - 4 sets
    Shrugs - 4 sets - 160kg x 5 Max.

    Back ( friday )

    Deadlift - 5 sets - Max 170kg x 1.
    Reverse Lateral Pulldown - 4 sets
    Lat Pulldown - 4 sets - Max 98 x 5
    Seated Row (wide) - 2 sets
    Seated Row (narrow) - 2 sets.

    Done this before work, was knackered by the time i finished.
