Unfortunately you will probably understand it one day and expect people to show you some consideration - but intolerant, selfish young peole will always exist.

Actors practice their roles at home, they read their lines. Without that some of them struggle to act. Gary did not manage to act in the balloon room, so he is probably an actor who has to practice first.

If Gary is acting he is one of the best ever, he has been this way for years.

He certainly isn't the man I saw give an Oscar nominated performance in The Buddy Holly Story but then he doesn't have to be. He has quite simply been the most entertaining and honest housemate in there. Maybe that's why he is so popular, to most.

He's a human being, a pensioner no less, who has undergone severe trauma to the point his life nearly ended. Yet despite this most of the 'celebs' in there decided to turn on him when it was the easy thing to do. I'm not saying they are not struggling with him. It must be incredibly difficult dealing with someone who acts the way he does. However his condition promotes impulsiveness, is there to be no understanding at all?

One day we will all be older, maybe more fragile and god forbid hopefully not transformed by a life changing injury. I just hope we don't run into the same hostility he has endured thus far and at least have someone around who will show some compassion and humanity.

A life changing injury that was caused by him driving a motorbike whilst high on cocaine! most of us will not do that! we will age with age.

an academy nominated actor who was shown without direction to be a poor actor ( balloons task ? )

does gary wear a hearing aid? if not...............why not?

a 'tough guy' actor unwilling to spend the night outside during a british summer.............under shelter with a nice warm blanket

What a whimp not wanting to have a stroke, totally shouldn't be in CBB If he isn't willing to have a strike, how inconsiderate of him.

He needs the money, that's why he's there. I don't think he's there for the exposure (no pun intended!)

Gary hasn't said a bad word about any of them in there yet every time James gives him one of his 'talking to's' Gary ends up apologising? wtf

He hasn't, I am really also getting more annoyed at James too for the way he really talks down to him, even when he is trying to do something constructive as to Gary.

All this nonsense of I have tried to be a friend to you and it just gets thrown back is ridiculous, the only reason,I think, In the main, that James does try anything with Gary is because he was 'asked' to by BB early in the series.

From much of his actions with Gary, it seems he is doing what BB asked him too very reluctantly.

I'd rather look at Gary's dishevelled appearance than have to look at Lauren's mutilated Frankenstein face.

Whether it was summer or not, he doesn't want to risk a stroke, you can't blame him?

As far as the hearing aid is concerned..it would help him but maybe pride gets in the way as I can imagine he is rather stubborn...perhaps he feels that he will succumb to one when he feels it is a REAL issue....in his opinion. He already wears hearing aids.. in both ears... they clearly do NOTHING for him.

...at 70 years of age I wouldn't expect anyone to act 'tough' and risk getting a chill...blanket or no blanket...
