I’ve had this only a couple of times in the past but it’s worse if you have work or something important on that morning. To take my mind of it, I used to just watch a funny film or TV show plus lots of food.

I still get bad headaches when I’m hungover but that’s pretty much it now.

You’ll be fine man. Everyone ends up at some point feeling like this after a night out. I used to try and think like ‘it’s my turn this time but will probably be my pals next time we go out’
