Not like whats your phobia but like what kind of thing makes you nervous or anxious.
does anyone ever get really anxious about something and how do you cope with it?

ill start. i usually get quite anxious when i have to meet new people. i dont know why just get so nervous. i dont really deal with it i just wait and it calms down.

Ordering food. I always get really nervous before I order thinking I'm gonna say something stupid.

Public speaking and presentations to large groups. years under my belt but still get the sleepless night before hand, and that sick feeling in the tummy right before it.

My body. Not how I look but on the inside. I hate it but I can't help but constantly think about things on the inside. I'm not a hypochondraic because I know I'm not sick or anything like that I just breakdown and analyze things way too much if I feel something inside.

Night, too. Another one I hate. I usually stay up until 4 or 5 and everything just seems really odd and dark around those hours whatever way my brain is working. It's a bit of a lonely, dead sort of time that makes me self reflect far too much. That's usually why I'm on the internet for that sense of contect with other people also awake.

The reverse is that I'm not willing to break that sleeping pattern. In a weird way I get off on it. It's like a little buzz.

Do you ever think about what your brain looks like? And what it actually does? I can't think about that as I don't like having something like that in my head..

same i stay up really late, then sleep late into the afternoon. i feel if im awake more in the day i feel bad for not doing something active where as at night i don't feel guilty about it.

I've spent a huge amount of my life just sitting there thinking about my brain. Weeds great for that. I think it's a really trippy thing to think about especially if you start thinking in reverse and try and almost unthought yourself into the stage where you can try and feel your brain having the thought and understand where it's coming from.

I always reach conclusions too most people never even think about like say ... I AM the brain. The brain is me. It's weird that I should even try to think about it as if it's some thing in my body I'm seperate from. The brain is me. I'm not thinking about it, it's thinking about itself.

We have such massive egos that we've seperated ourselves from our brains and just see it as like this pool of information we can dip in and out of but we are the brain. You didn't post that comment about your brain, your brain did. Your wondering about something that is itself.

Lol.. it doesn't sound insane... well it does in a way. But that's why I can't think about brains for too long as I begin to think crazy thoughts, and I am actually completely sane!

I think just breaking from the status quo makes me feel that way, like the thought of going to Uni makes me a nervous just because I'm pretty comfortable with living my life the way I am now and with the friends I have now, feels weird I'll have to start all that again although I am looking forward to it at the same time

Large inanimate objects. I had/have recurring nightmares about zeppelins and I'm not really sure why. I must have seen footage of the Hindenberg when I was young or something, because I just associate them with explosions and (oddly) nuclear ones in particular. So when I noticed this massive white ball floating over the hill I practically cacked my pants, until I realised it was some massive hot air balloon.

The ocean, too. Even in silly scenarios, like computer games, I'd always switch them off if there was a glitch and Mario just fell into some vast expanse, or the ocean...it's just because it's so dark and home to so many freaky things. Oh and you can drown, that doesn't help.

LOL In all seriousness - I get nervous and freak out in any social situation, I get really shy and come across as awkward and I find it hard to make conversation with most people - that's because of me having Aspergers though.

The only people I'm able to talk to properly would be TiBBers actually, then again that isn't real life.
