Don't think we already have one of these, just wanted a place for people to share tasty vegetarian food they've had or whatever (whether it be takeaway, restaurant, home-cooked, packaged food etc), or just for people to share their ideas of recipes or things they make themselves to give others ideas

(Obviously you don't have to necessarily be vegetarian to post in here either)

I had spaghetti with mushroom sauce just an hour ago and it was amazing

Broccoli, spinach, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, parsnips - all lightly roasted. I then add a spoonful of mint sauce into some steaming hot gravy and drizzle it over the lot.

I don't like gravy, but the mint sauce idea sounds really nice. I don't eat as many vegetables as I should so this would be a good way to enjoy them more probably

i was a veggie for 2 years and i really enjoyed it, i eat meat now and then but prefer fish and veg tbh and i would happily eat just veg if the TL said it so (she is a veggie)
