Default Accepted a job offer but now I have a new offer so what do I do?

Basically when you leave uni you just apply for loads of jobs because you don't hear back from 90% of them. So I had a job interview a few weeks back and I got the job. That job was condition on passing pre-screening checks and is supposed to start next week.

However after I accepted that job, I got contacted about another job interview, for a company I was more excited about, work from home, better pay etc... Just got a job offer. But now what do I do because I'm stuck between the two.

Pro's for Job A: Respectable company, office work (meet new people), training provided near home, 10 minute walk from my house, okay benefits, £18k a year.

Cons for Job A: Not great pay, on the phone all day (dry mouth)

Pro's for Job B: Working from home, great benefits, exciting new company, varied tasks not just on the phone, £22k a year.

Cons for Job B: Training away from home for a couple of weeks, work from home might be isolating, startup company that might fail.

Help me!
