A water cannon has NEVER been used in England before, but ya know, when London, Manchester, Liverpool, Salford, Leicestershire, Gloucester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Bristol and Wolverhampton are in a state of unrest...these decisions have to be taken

Yes, and incase you forgot - it's the English that want and currently do, rule Northern Ireland.

And the majority of Northern Ireland's police service - are British.

So it's okay for them to order hell to be brought down on rioters every year here - even if the riot is small, but when it comes to their own country and their own people, they're a little more hasty about when and how to go about stopping it.

I agree with you - when all those cities are under attack, those decisions should be taken yes - but they should of been made ages ago.

Stop thinking the country is what you see on tv. There have been some disturbances in small areas of some cities. 99.999% of the UK is unaffected and could give one.
