I'm very skint this year. I normally spend astronomical prices. Got my folks a fire basket.
I was going to get a Chiminea but ma wanted a pit or basket. Got family coming over later this month so will be nice for them |

Stuck for something to buy my best mate Agreement with the rest of friends/family to just exchange cards. It's too expensive. Too many of them! Last edited by Kerry; 10-12-2011 at 10:46 PM. |

I'm only buying my mum a present, no one else is worthy. I'm either getting her Amy Winehouses album or Noel Gallaghers.

I have friends (mostly male) who shop on Christmas Eve - and I take my hat off to anyone who does - there's NO way I could suffer the crowds and the last minute panic buying. |

I hate going out on Christmas Eve but I'm always sent out for silly things that've been forgotten like tin foil or wrapping paper

Get someone to put one of your legs in plaster, then they'll have to ask someone else to do the last minute run around - they have a miraculous recovery at the strike of Midnight.
