but when someone's had a drink that's what they're really like

if anything your reason should be that he clearly has psychological problems and needs help. not that he was drinking. that's just what he's really like

these posters who seem to think paedophiles only exist in the Church and hopelessly deluded...they seem to think they are telling us something amazing and original as if we don't know? we know.....paedophilia just as any other criminal type exists in every career, every vocation, within every government and every institution. the church has billions of followers and 100,000s of preachers....there will be a small percentage of criminals there just as there is everywhere else....it doesn't make the whole thing crrupt because of these minority of sickos....just as in every other walk of life....the vast majority are good people and the good work that's done by the Christian church across the globe is phenomenal and way under reported..savings tens of thusands of lives, feeding the poor and impoverished and raising billions for charities.....but then again the shock jocks and attention seekers are not interested in this or seeking balance, they just sensationalize and try to destroy the church for their own shallow amusement

Are you saying that if you weren't a Christian you wouldn't be capable of forgiveness? Is forgiveness only a preserve of Christians? I think not. I ,as a Human Being of no religious domination, am capable of forgiveness . I see this man as the natural product of his environment from birth to now. That is exactly who he is and how he behaves, as most people are. He needs to acknowledge that himself and get professional help to stop playing out his many serious issues on innocent people.

Neither I nor the O P have any right to "forgive" this thug. We merely witnessed his violent actions and threatening behaviour. If he is to be "forgiven", then it's those who may have been threatened, intimidated or abused by him that have the right to do so.

Also, "forgiviness" does not mean the slate is wiped clean. There are certain obligations placed upon the "forgiven" to change or moderate their behaviours. It seems apparent that Daley has many excuses as to why he has acted this way but no evidence of his desire to learn from and change such behaviours.

In the absence of such personal change any "forgiviness" is worth absolutely nothing, other than perhaps empowering and encouraging such thugs as Daley not to take personal responsibility for their own actions.

Are you for real? He apologised did he??? He didnt apologise in the sense that he said what he did to Hazel was wrong and he was sorry he hurt her. He is a dreadful human being and how ANYONE could condone it beats me. Drink shouldnt be blamed for it. He wasnt THAT drunk

See Niamh, what I'm trying to say is that yes what he did was obviously wrong and he deserved to be removed for it. However, I feel sorry for him because none of this would've happened if Hazel hadn't consistently flirted with him in the first place, fully knowing that he had a girlfriend on the outside. He would've done much better sticking with the nice boys Callum and Sam.
It was he made the first moves Barker leading her to believe he was interested in her. Up to then they hadnt even spoken much. He told people he had a girfriend and that was a respected fact. When he started getting close to Hazel she asked him specifically about it and said she didnt want to be seen in a bad light trying to split them up. At that stage he said he probably wasnt in a relationsip and that they would need to talk when he got out ( he and his gf) That clearly gave Hazel the green light. She liked him, she flirted with him as he had with her and that was that. Even if he changed his mind and decided to be faithful to his girlfriend and Hazel had kept on and on asking for hugs he had a very simple choice, walk away from her. He didnt even though he kept saying no. He stayed there. Hazel cant be the only one blamed for the flirting and stuff. He made the first move and he did a U turn about the state of his relationsnip

Daleys bio before going into the house:

Here's someone who won't be getting into many fights in the Big Brother house: it's professional middleweight boxer Daley Ojuederie. In fact, he's been boxing for ten years and has never lost a fight. Let's all be nice to Daley. The handsome boxer has a girlfriend on the outside of the house, saying that he wasn't looking to get into a relationship, but he met his girlfriend and "it feels like I've been waiting for her all my life". CUTE.However, he says that he has been unfaithful in the past - cheating on past girlfriends - but the 28 year old* thinks he can last all the way through the show without "getting it on" with anyone. Brave.

Makes for interesting reading.

Enough said.
