I've always wondered why my anxiety/panic attacks started for no apparent cause... I've received devastating news within the last week and apart from the usual reactions and one mini flake out, I have been anxiety free.

I know it sounds really daft, but I think my body has been preparing me for bad news subconsciously. I'm feeling very strong and calm today
