True, usually where I go there are also baptisms done within the 'regular' Easter Sunday Mass too so that adds a lot more time to it I guess too.
However, my family like to go to the whole Easter run of services, starting with the Thursday evening where the washing of feet takes place, the Good Friday Passion, with the veneration of the cross included and then the Easter vigil too on the Saturday night.
All of those run in excess of an hour and a half.I have never known them last for anything less than that.
