Rumours floating around today suggest ITV is keen to keep Will, whilst bringing back both Tom Jones and Kylie as well as hiring Jennifer Hudson to complete the panel.

As much as I love Tom, Boy George was a massive upgrade on him and it would be a shame to lose him.

Jenifer Hudson is the big name signing they need
